About Us at Urgent Care and Walk-In Clinic In Laredo TX

DOC-AID is an on-demand walk-in urgent care clinic conveniently located in Laredo, TX. Our goal is to improve access to healthcare within the community by working collaboratively to provide high quality, efficient, safe, and accessible health care with the utmost respect and compassion. We offer extended hours open seven days a week. Our care is delivered by board-certified ER Doctors and licensed providers, who diagnose, treat and prescribe medication for various injuries and illnesses.

Meet Our Doctor:

Dr. Monica Saenz is a native of Corpus Christi, Texas.  She attended University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with Honors. She practiced as a registered nurse for over 7 years before returning to the University of Texas Medical Branch where she obtained her Medical Degree in 2003. She graduated at the top of her class and is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her residency training in Emergency Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Dr. Saenz is board certified in Emergency Medicine. She is married with three children. Her hobbies include traveling, fishing, and running along with mentoring young students. She is fluent in Spanish as well as her office staff.

Dina Mastee, APRN, FNP-BC is a native of Laredo, Texas. She attended Texas A&M International University in Laredo for both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Nursing. She has been a Registered Nurse since 2008 and has experience in critical care. In 2013 she became a Family Nurse Practitioner and has a passion for Pediatrics and Urgent Care. She is fluent in Spanish.

During her spare time she loves being with her daughter Ella and enjoys working out on her Peloton bike, traveling and reading.

Dina Mastee, APRN, FNP-BC

Dina Mastee, APRN, FNP-BC is a native of Laredo, Texas. She attended Texas A&M International University in Laredo for both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Nursing. She has been a Registered Nurse since 2008 and has experience in critical care. In 2013 she became a Family Nurse Practitioner and has a passion for Pediatrics and Urgent Care. She is fluent in Spanish.

During her spare time she loves being with her daughter Ella and enjoys working out on her Peloton bike, traveling and reading.

Jesse Cedillo, PA-C, MS is a native of Laredo, Texas. He graduated in 2007 from the University of Texas at San Antonio where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensic Science along with a minor in Chemistry.

Jesse worked as a Cytotechnologist for 3 years in San Antonio, TX and then as a Medicolegal Death Investigator for the Webb County Medical Examiner’s office for 3 years. In 2014, he earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. Jesse graduated Magna Cum Laude, and was a member of the Bruce Fichandler student society. 

Since obtaining his PA-C in 2014, Jesse has dedicated himself to working as an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant in Laredo.

During his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his wife, running, playing basketball, and spending time with his family and pets. He is very active in the community of Laredo and volunteers as a mentor to local youth students in Laredo.
