In response to the increase of COVID-19 cases in our area, we are now performing video consultations from your car for all Covid visits. Patients will need a mobile device and an email address to access their Patient Portal. Staff is available to assist patients from their car with filling out forms as well as with a portable device if a patient doesn’t have one of their own.
All persons entering our facility must wear a mask or face covering.

Only one person will be allowed in the clinic unless that person is a minor accompanied by one parent or an elderly person with one family member.
Per our patient late arrival policy, have your consent forms, insurance and COVID-19 screening done prior to your appointment so you can be seen on time.
From the CDC: People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:
• Fever or chills
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Muscle or body aches
• New loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat
• Congestion or runny nose
• Nausea or vomiting

INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR COVID-19 TESTING
Under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, effective March 18, 2020, coverage will be provided for COVID-19 testing and testing-related visits without any cost sharing requirements (deductibles, copayment, coinsurance) or prior authorization or other medical management requirements for persons with most insurance plans. For those patients without insurance we offer a self-pay option of $300 (save $25 with the coupon on our website under Specials or click here. We do not have any of the free tests offered by the State. For information on those please contact the Laredo Department of Health.
For those patients needing non-urgent medical care Telehealth is your best option to receive the medical care you need while practicing social distancing. Please call 965-523-0966 to schedule a Telehealth Consult. You can also book an appointment online by clicking here. There is no additional cost for a Telehealth Consult outside of your normal co-pay. We offer a self-pay option of $75 for a medical visit with the coupon found on our website under “Specials” or by clicking here.
